Return FAQs

How long do I have to return an item?

30 calendar days from your delivery date. If you got it on June 1, you have until July 1 to start the return.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Yes. Return shipping is at your cost. We recommend tracked shipping so you have proof of delivery. The shipping cost is non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund if applicable.

How long until I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 1-2 business days), your refund is issued immediately. It then takes 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.).

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Email us with your order number and the new size. We will ship the new size once we receive the original pair. Return shipping for the original is at your cost (deducted from any price difference if switching SKUs).

What if my item is defective or damaged?

Email us a photo of the defect to hello@newprotects.shop within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement. You pay return shipping for the defective item (deducted from your refund if you choose to return it).

What if I received the wrong item?

We're sorry! Email us right away with your order number and a photo. We'll ship the correct item. Return shipping for the wrong item is at your cost (deducted from your refund).

Can I return part of a 2-pack?

Yes. You can return just one pair from a 2-pack. If you return the entire 2-pack unopened, you get a full refund. If you return one opened pair, you get a refund for that one pair at the per-pair 2-pack price.

Do you offer free returns?

No. Return shipping is at your cost in all cases - defective, damaged, wrong item, or change of mind. The shipping cost is non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Yes. Email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll cancel for a full refund. After the order ships, you can use the standard 30-day return process.
